My experience:
I offer support for parents and professionals who wish to build their own reflective capacity in an effort to better understand the emotions and behaviors of children and themselves.
I've been a therapist since 2014, and have worked in the field since 2010. I have experience in preschool mental health day treatment, crisis therapy and outpatient therapy.
I've received reflective consultation since 2019, and have been providing reflective consultation for others since 2023.
My credentials and training:
I am a licensed independent clinical social worker and am endorsed as an Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). I am also trained in the University of Minnesota’s model on providing reflective consultation: The RIOS™ Framework for Reflective Supervision. I am a member of the Minnesota Association for Children's Mental Health.
